If we are serious about growing as a program and making ourselves noticed on the national stage, we have to show that we are willing to pay coordinators comparable salaries. He needs $500K minimum (may need more than that) and we need to publicize the shit out of that if we do it. Need to show that we can be a destination for good coaches and that we can reward coaches for doing their job at a high level.

This is where it starts. Big win, great effort in OT, big recruiting help, next year looks like a banner year. Can we keep one of, if not the biggest piece of all of this in Collins? Athletic department needs to step it up and pay the man and establish what we want to be moving forward.
