That's about as bad as you'll ever see. If I remember correctly, we were down 21-0 to Kentucky some 20-25 years ago, and won the game in OT thanks to Mario Austin's 3-pointer to tie the game, the only one he ever made at State.

Jackson State played Michigan tough this year and were in a few other games as well, this was their Super bowl game against us though so I expected them to play tough.. but we have some things we have to fix, especially offensively, if we plan to make a run this season. Good to see Keyshawn Murphy give us 10 points off the bench, we really need some offense from someone not named Tolu.

Tough win. Some past MSU teams lose this game. We got after it when we had to down the stretch. JSU played very well; I think they are better than a lot of teams we've beat. Jans 10-0 for only 5th time in MSU history.

I've never sugar-coated it... been saying all year I'm worried about our offense. That said I promise you Jackson State is way better than their record shows. They've been in alot of games they lost

We obviously have some issues but this team is pretty damned good.

You're stating the obvious, you can go back and look at all my post about this team since the season started and I've said almost every game our offense is bad and that will hurt us at some point. Tonight our defense and rebounding weren't great either and that's why this was a close game. It's hard being critical of a 10-0 start but I see issues about the team that if we don't fix soon, we are going to get embarrassed when we face some SEC teams. Regardless it feels good being 10-0!!

We had a really good crowd at the game last night and there was a lot of maroon colors in the stadium, it looked good on t.v. Chris Jans even mentioned he noticed the crowd also. Hopefully we can start filling the Hump this way, the guys deserve to play in a packed stadium like that. We need to pack the Hump on Saturday the same way, its our last non conference game before heading into SEC play, lets get a good win and give an electric atmosphere heading into conference play.

Yea I’m definitely over us doing that. We play awful there all the time and I’m pretty sure for computer rankings etc it still counts as a home game and not a neutral court game. This is a lose/lose situation
