Many bama fans feel entitled and are jaded. An bama fan relative of my wife told me once that they "don't even worry about regular season games and are just waiting for the playoffs. Well they might as well face it, even their world has changed with NIL/Portal. 12 game playoff will probably always make sure they make it, however.

YMMV I guess. I married into a Bama family (many actually graduated from there, rather than just sidewalk fans). They are dialed into every game except the G5/FCS.
