Is if Cadillac beats Bama tomorrow. That would split that auburn fanbase on what to do next and it would make for some popcorn viewing!

It could effect their fan base to some extent but I wouldn't see any long term effect, but it won't effect who will be their next HC. Cadillac isn't in the mix for the HC position.

Right, there is no way they are hiring Cadillac. Kiffin will be their next coach.

A and M along with Florida will probably be open in a year or two

That would hurt us more than it would help. If Cohen is willing to ditch Gary Henderson he will be willing to ditch Cadillac.

Tennessee beating vandy
Alabama beating auburn
Clemson beating South Carolina
LSU beating A&M


What would be nice to happen

Michigan state beating Penn state

Oregon state beating oregon

Lane staying at OM doesn't bother me. Freeze to Auburn could be scary. Little Nicky is probably on the phone with the SEC office trying to get it squashed.

And I hate to tell folks but Florida is going to be just fine. He is going to up their recruiting and start competing again.

Not even short term re: om...the amount of trolling and vitriol spewed by OM fans towards their own coach added to an increasingly difficult schedule next year is glorious. The 'woe is us crowd' won't ever get that..

Kiffin doesn't scare me at all. And Florida doesn't really affect us so none of that matters. I thoroughly enjoyed watching that game last night. But that team you think is about to be great lost to 17'n Vanderbilt last week. Time will tell. Won't matter either way.

I think Kiffin is the type of person we see many times with someone who would rather "look good than feel good". I think he wanted the Job at Auburn, but his ego got into the way and Auburn said no to "more" and have no leaked the Freeze talk. I think Kiffin now doesn't wanto look bad for failing in getting more and wins in his mind the "media smack talk".
Now he has created more damage to himself with the "Mullen Effect" with job talk and fans turning on him. Fun times for us Msu fans!

Kiffin still has an unsigned contract extension on his desk. That tells Ole Miss fans and administration all they need to know about how much he wants to be their coach. And that feeling will not go away until he inevitably leaves.
