Everyone on this board would want him fired. That is something to think about. I give credit to Leach the HC for the win last night but his inability to adjust, call plays at times, and qb coaching has got to be addressed. Our DC saved our HC last night. That is not a good defense we just played.

Who put the QB out there? Who has not taught him to step up in the pocket? Who called the zone read knowing our two RB owned them?

I'm not super down on Leach in general but man, despite the win, that zone read call is going to haunt me for the foreseeable future. Top five worst situational play call I've ever seen, and no four that are worse are coming to mind.

Nah, play calling hasn't been good either. The scheme has its limitations. Rogers is just the largest issue. He's not the only issue. OL play has been all over the place too. The offense went backwards this year, it's not a debate. And Will Rogers is going nowhere, so you might as well accept it. I think our best option might be Lock. I have no faith in Robertson. He's had a rough fall.
BUT, by God, we won 8 this year and got the egg. So I'll worry about all that come spring.

I really feel like poor OL play is often a symptom of the scheme as well. I'm hoping Parsons sticks to his commitment because a true dual threat in this offense would help a lot.
