I think Will is by FAR the worst QB we have on roster when it comes to mobility. I think the other guys have a much better shot at being successful running this offense

Leach is one of the few that still stubbornly cling to the immobile statue pocket passing QB. It's infuriating that such a simple adjustment won't be adopted purely because Leach's ego demands he win his way, the "pure" way.
