awbarn today my confidence in him will be gone and we need to move on. And for god's sake recruit some speed on defense.

We aren't losing today.

The season unfortunately is down to thanksgiving. We win that one - really solid season, certainly some missed opportunities, but overall a damn solid season.

Thankful it's at home but today is not a given. More time than not, when a team loses their coach, the following game they come out balls to the wall. We better slow down the running game, including the QB, who can go.

2 things I want to see/

1. Better tackling. face it our tackling has been subpar this year. Well tackling has been subpar across the nation. We don't wrap up, but try to get a knock out shot. These players today are too strong to get knocked down and with the targeting rules you are more likely to get called for it now. Just wrap up or take out the ankles.

2. WR needs to push the ball downfield. He needs at least 10 Attps more than 10 yds.

^^^^^This^^^^^ when a defense only has to defend 15-20 yards down the field. The safeties can me in and tee off on receivers.

And thats what KY and Bama did. You have to at least have the downfield threat to lengthen the field. Plus it helps the run game. But no they will pop WR once or twice and it will be check down city.

They often win the next game. Several handicappers have talked about that this week.

Yall are forgetting the biggest thing. That is to freaking catch the hall. We are pretty good or average on most everything else. But the drops this years have lost us games or made us look sloppy at best. Catch the freaking ball.

Yeah, it's a must win

We lose today, then 6-6 is highly likely. Crap on that! Would be extremely disappointing for this year. I think we good though.

We lose, at home, to an interim head coach that has never been a coordinator, much less head man, and a team that's lost half its coaching staff...

Unacceptable.

It is unacceptable if we dont blow them out of the water to be honest.

This. We need another Arky Tam blowout.

Piss poor tackling in the run game. Lack of speed on defense. We forgot to call runs or audible to run plays. 7 run plays for 30 yards. Biggest thing neither the offense or defense made in game adjustments.

This is going to be a tough game to win. It is far from the pushover that many MSU fans seem to think it is.

Unless it’s Vandy most years, there is rarely a pushover game in the SEC. Arkansas 2019 was the closest to a push over game we’ve ever had. Maybe Ole Miss 2018 and the end of the Nutt era. I think we win, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Auburn beats the -12.5 spread

No, it would be a disaster and time for some serious evaluation for the future.

Not the total reason but playing KY at night at Kroger Field, which isn't the easiest place to play. Just like all 3 of our losses have been on the road at night.

I agree 100% with everything you said. If we come out flat and not focused for an important SEC home night game, then something will be bad wrong. I don't think we will since it's a home game, but if it was an away night game all bets would be off.

Leach has won road games in previous years here, and at previous jobs. I wouldn't read too much into the small sample size of road games we've had in the last 2 months.
