Who knows how long Saban will be at Bama, 2, 5, 10 more years? Who knows. But, at some point, Alabama will be looking for a new coach, and no doubt, due to the pay alone, they will have many people that want that job.
However, following Saban, that job is career suicide. There will be no room for error, and the new coach will get zero credit for any winning, much like Les Miles.
Not saying any of these coaches would be offered the Alabama job, but if you are a coach like Mullen, Freeze, Sumlin, James Franklin, etc, and you already had a very well paying coaching job at a school with less expectations, would you want to follow Saban at Bama?
Could be a very interesting hiring process when it comes to be.
