Pretty dismissive write up...could've at least followed up the next paragraph with State being one of the "winners".

A lot of these guys who write went to school or fan of schools in the SEC and they just can't stomach saying anything good about Miss State. In their minds State has never beaten them. They beat themselves or just ran out of time. They want us to stay down. Only reason OLe MIss gets good coverage from ESPN is because they have graduates working there.
