I won't complain about 3pm. I thought for sure 11am.

OM and Uk got screwed. That will be a big game.

Maybe I want a night game in Davis Wade this season instead of an afternoon game?

I would be pissed if I was going to that 11am game but for a neutral fan of a random team, that's a nice 11am game to start the day their day off. It will be a top 15 game

100%

If I'm OM and UK's ADs I'm pissed about that. That should be a prime time ESPN game. Instead it's LSU/AU.

Good grief that is garbage programming.

uga/mizzou and lsu/au as prime time games? Holy crap who planned this. om/uk and State/am would be 2 better games from prime time matchup. bama/arky in the 230 slot, which is normal for bama

We beat A&M and Arkansas loses to Bama and with our luck we get 11 am slot the next wk vs Arkansas.

Vegas odds on this shite?

Much better to be at 3:00 than 11:00 anytime. Those 11:00 starts suck the life out of the fan base.

Well I looked at the october 8th sec schedule
Here is our competition for prime time games

Texas A&M @alabama ( that will be the 7pm game on CBS because they replaced LSU with A&M for that 1 night a year game on cbs

Tennessee @ LSU

Auburn @ Georgia

Ole miss @ Vanderbilt

Missouri @ Florida

Now take into consideration this is the 1 date that will have 2 cbs games

Bama - A&M at 7pm CBS is locked in

2:30 CBS could be Us, LSU vs Tennessee , or auburn - Georgia

Since CBS gets 1st pick , I think they will select lsu - Tennessee

Next pick goes to 6pm ESPN , if Arkansas beats Texas A&M and so do we , then I think we get that 6pm ESPN slot against Arkansas unless we both lose to A&M and are both 2 loss teams so then we could get kicked to 11am

State v Arkansas always seems to get the SECN. I'm guessing the ratings for that matchup is always low.

3pm in October is usually a great kickoff time (especially if your seats are on the West side). And it will be our first SEC home game so I imagine the crowd should be good.

Georgia in Starkville or the Bama trip will probably be CBS

Bama game will be CBS if we are 5-2 going into the game. Anything less than that I doubt we get that slot. With UGA we will need to be 6-3. Otherwise I don’t see any other CBS game opportunities this year. LSU/Tenn will get it because Tenn will probably be undefeated and LSU will just their one loss . I think Ark loses to aTm and Bama before our game. I’m just not sold on them but I could be wrong.

Pretty sure the last time we had CBS was 2020 @ LSU

CBS Has a rotation of a Bama,Auburn,LSU,Georgia game

I can count on 1 hand how many CBS games we have had since 2015

We play Kentucky the week before bama

It wont happen but if 1 loss MSU @ Undefeated top 5 Kentucky happened, we could make a shot at CBS, I dont want to play a night game at kentucky, kentucky has become a tough place to play for many teams
