Not me. I'm buying gold (probably should have given today's market crash) and taking Relief Factor.

Municipal Bonds are low returns but it is really safe and it is a tax free investment. Buy 2 million dollars in Municipal bonds and it will generate about 80K a year in tax free income. The tax free makes up for the low returns. Buy gold you are buying spot gold. If you pay 2000 for some gold you are only going to get about 1600 worth of gold. So you have to make up that 400 dollars before you even start to make money. I am not saying don't buy gold because it is also a safe investment but be careful when you do. I bought 300 worth of silver every month for two years and it was going to take 5 to 6 years before I saw positive return on my investment. Same principle of buying gold. It's not a short term investment.

I am sold on reverse mortgage as well. You really need to look into it now. You can't do it until you reach age 62 but research it and buy a life policy now that would go along with it.
