Your link has nothing to do with that Tusk. You already pregaming for tomorrow?

That said, I love going to 12. Gives us something to play for because now we have a chance to make the playoffs even with our annual Bama beatdown.

Wish it was 16. Wish there were 0 auto-bids. And hope it starts in 2024. But definitely a move in the right direction

Progress. Dellenger has a tweet saying Keenum led the charge.

Just more chances for the SEC to win NC's.

This gives us a once decade shot to make it which honestly gives fans of teams like us to keep interest to a degree

Count me among those who don't like this move. I understand it gives State a better chance of making it, but it also waters down what it means to make it, so I'm not sure that really does much. I don't think it actually increases our chances of winning a national title.

And it won't stop at 12. Because these things never stop. People will continue to call for more teams. Why? Just because. People get bored and feel like everything needs to change

It will make some of the bowl games much more interesting also if they become playoff games.

Maybe, maybe not. People insisted that the BCS "always got it right in the end" but them 2 of the first 4 years of the CFP had the #4 seed win it all in a way leaving no doubt they were the best team and most deserving of the national title. I think we'll see some more of that, and that's a great thing.

People get tired of Bama, Ohio St, and some combination of Oklahoma, Clemson, UGA, Notre Dame.

4 was a terrible idea from the beginning. 8 is the right number but 12 is one million times better than 4. I'll take it.
