This isn't correct. It comes down the university owns those logos and names and won't give them away for free.. different schools have struck deals with different nil providers to allow it.. but we haven't ...or won't allow it.


See example with Texas... which references Ohio State and North Carolina also doing it...

We are working on trying to fix that. Ultimately, there are some contractual licensing issues that we are trying to navigate, but the university has been helpful. I just didn’t want to wait on working through those things with their outside rights holders, etc.
