In the day of recruiting rankings mean everything, does anyone find it funny that Missouri is one win away from playing for sec championship while being out recruited by almost every team in the sec?

This is true.

I think that Mizzou is a very well coached team that maximizes their talent and has benefited from a terrible SEC East. Missouri gets a lot of players from Texas that have I football IQs and are just talented enough to beat good teams that aren't on their A game.

They are very similar to Butler in basketball. Texas and smart midwestern kids that have some talent.

However, if Florida and UGA are coached well and don't have tons of injuries, Mizzou has little chance.

Great coaches + alot of luck...

That team is crazy talented in the one-deep... Injuries just kill them.

Franklin was a 4 star QB and Green Beckham was a 5 star. So while they have a ton of two and three stars, the most talented players were pretty highly rated
