For a Sugar Bowl season for MSU including an Egg Bowl win.

And Ole Miss have a losing 2023 baseball season while MSU goes to Omaha.

Very easy question - hell yes. That would be huge for our football program for years to come.

I would trade for it after we have already won a natty. And no way does a sugar bowl win trump a baseball natty

Sugar bowl isn't what it used to be. Remember we went to the Orange bowl a few years ago and shit the bed there. Also outside of Mississippi, Louisana and Fla no on cares about the baseball CWS or college baseball for. Now a spot in the CFP is a different matter.

Hoo boy. I was at that Orange Bowl. Oof. And before that was there when Tyler threw four picks at the Gator Bowl. Think I’ll stick to postseason baseball a little longer.

Sugar bowl? A title for a sugar bowl? Ridiculous

I would definitely take that bet if I knew the sports gods would guarantee everything you stipulated, Q....but unless I knew we'd get exactly what you said, I can't fathom a remotely happy life waiting around for the pendulum to swing back to us after an OM Natty win.

Hell. NO.

We have a natty in one of the major sports in our lifetime and they do not why would I make any trade that gives them one to?!

YES If it comes with an SEC title in football. I'd trade OUR baseball program for one SEC title in football.

Once Tennessee lost I knew Ole Miss was going to win it so I?ve pretty much accepted it now. I?m just glad we got one before they did

I think you'd have to throw in a 4-8 football season this year for ole miss, otherwise I'll just roll the dice that ole miss doesn't win the CWS and we still have a really good year in football and next year in baseball.

Good hypothetical though.

I dont' care one way or the other what Ole Miss does. I want a Sugar Bowl win on top of the natty in baseball.

Hell no! Only someone living in the past would think the Sugar Bowl still means what it once did. It once stood for the SEC CHAMPS!! And that means something special! Now, okay still important but not really... who won it last year?!?

I would trade an OM natty in baseball for a State Natty in football. That?s the only bargain that needs to be made. Boy we sold our soul for a baseball Natty in terms of the 3 major sports this year. Could you imagine what God would do to us if we won a football Natty?

This. I would trade for a natty in men's basketball as well. Or for 3 of the next 5 baseball titles. Or at least 2 of the next 4 lol.

Nothing else is worth it.

I'd trade it for ten Sugar Bowls, which is how many OM has played in. . . . . . .
