OSU students have thunder sticks and are using them as "artificial noisemakers." Nobody seems to care when they do it.
By the way, I can't stand the term "artificial noisemaker." How can someone make noise that is fake or "artificial?" Last time I checked, all noise is real. It makes absolutely no sense.
