"We're going to have to work hard to rebuild the culture in the clubhouse. Get that tough minded baseball minded mentality back." So, injuries to top 2 pitchers and loss of TA, Rowdy, and Bednar and no hard nosed culture for this year? How does this happen coming after a national championship? Who's fault is it?

I think is blame for everyone to go around.

Blame to go around but the HC is ultimately responsible for not letting that happen. When he sees stuff he steps in to guide, lead and correct and it didn't happen. Not unrecoverable but concerning for sure.

Maybe parading the whole team around and celebrating it at every football game making those kids think they were untouchable. Remember last year several people tried to tell folks there were some cultural issues early on-team hosting private parties at the bars after losses, etc. Well that same stuff was happening this year, even after getting swept several times, but Bednar, Harding, TA, and Rowdy weren?t walking through the clubhouse doors to turn it on. You had kids like Logan Tanner who were too cocky thinking they were Adley Rutschman with their play.

We recruited to spin rates, launch angles, and exit velocity. Someone said it best-four coaches in four years was going to catch up to us at some point.

He's talked about this several times on dog talk this year. That when he came in the players were gritty and tough and he didn't have to do much as far as culture, just let guys like Jake and Mac and TA lead. That was thanks in large part to Cohen recruiting a bunch of dirtbags in his own image.
He said last week their primary thing they are looking for in recruits is toughness and that culture will be a big part of the offseason.

That is where you have to also be disappointed in guys like LoTan, James, and Hancock. They are the vets who should have carried that forward and they didn't. Coaches can only do so much - the players at this level should be policing it. You know they saw how it was done. No one seems to have stepped it up. Maybe the coaches should have recognized it earlier and Lemo is taking the blame as he should, but ultimately it is just as much or more the fault of the players.

Remember early on the season after a bad loss, pre SEC, he had a locker room chewing out session. We won the next 2 but then regressed to playing like shi^
