It's a Sports Social Media app founded by a MSU alum. There's a huge MSU following on there so I would recommend downloading it. Granted, it's only for iOS

Fancred 2 launched today and has a web interface now.

Originally, the user was required to have a Facebook login but I don't know if that's the case anymore.
