Since I have always enjoyed the commercials, it would be fun to be reminded of some I may have forgotten.

In my humble opinion, Budweiser usually ranked at, or near, the top most years.

My favorite is the Bud Lizards series, in 1997, with Frankie & Louie.

No way they could get away with this one now, but it still makes me laugh every time I see it. This guys accent is amazing.

In honor of Betty White, her Snickers commercial was probably my favorite.

Just about any one featuring puppies and horses, or families reuniting...

But this one always comes to mind.

Watching it again, I just realized it's Ron Pearlman doing the narration.

The dodge commercial "So God Made A Farmer"

Since I did not recall it, I looked it up. Once again, it put a lump in my throat. And, it brought back fond memories of my Uncle Henry who was the epitome of that farmer so poignantly described by Paul Harvey.

It is still hilarious 😂.

The "wasssaaaaap" commercials permeated every part of society for a long while. Longer than they should have.

There have been a lot of funny ones and some even brought pop culture sayings into place. There are only two that really are burned into my memory though. Neither was funny but both were unforgettable and extremely successful.

1) Joe Greene - 1979 Coke commercial -- Still my favorite. I know it was a long time ago but I am betting most of you know it and need no reminding of the tunnel scene of a limping Joe Greene.

2) 1984 - Apple -- It played off George Orwell's Novel, 1984 and used it for the timing of a new age of information being upon us. The production cost was 500,000. Someone said that $900,000 was budgeted for production cost. Most commercials of the day cost less than $50,000 to produce. Apple aired the 60 second commercial during the Super Bowl and got an estimated $24,000,000 in free advertisement from News reporting. It launched the Macintosh Brand and changed how advertising was done. Without this commercial, production value of all those future gems by Budweiser or Miller Lite or any of the other famous commercials may have never happened.

There are some really good ones here, but I'm going to submit these. The first one is not funny at all, but I really appreciate it because I'm tired of all the jokes about stupid dads. So I really like this one:

These next few are funny. I really like this series. One of the best series ever.
