Hollenbeck out of TN. Kohls kicking rated him a 4.5 star kicker and 5 star punter. Whatever that means. Number 7 punter in country out of HS. Maybe we can find a reliable kicker after all with all the new arrivals. Will definitely be competitive.

Looks like Leach is making sure we have kicking covered. That's the 4th kicker we've added since the end of the season. I like it and it's gonna create competition

Chris Sailer kicking and Kohl's are the best at rating kickers, punters and long snappers.

Yep, and anybody who says special teams doesn't mean anything to CML just has it in for him. Nobody can predict when or if a player (Ruiz) will get injured, and a kicker would not be on the high probability list to be injured. I'm glad we are getting competition in the punting game too.

Kickers are rated up to 6*. A 6 is a projected P5 starter. 5 is a D1 starter I think Rosie said at one time. IIRC.

That gives us 2. Archer is a lefty as well. I like lefty punters because the ball spins different and it messes with returners. Bear Bryant just about always had a lefty punter.

The staff is definitely leaving no stone un turned for kickers. Good to see.

Yeah. Very obvious now that Mele is solely focusing on special teams only. We basically put all of our kickers last year in the portal.
