I hope he doesn't but if he does doubt if I'll watch much nfl anymore outside of Dak. I always enjoyed college football more but had a blast following Brady. Best Ever, GOAT!

Yeah I think I that's what it always came down to for him, was when his wife and kids said it was time. I'm gonna miss watching him.

Yea and if one did it wouldn?t be marshmellow.

I have attended a few journalist parties because I know a few. One time he was there and I may or may not have been drinking. But I let it slipped and called him Marshmellow. Judging from his reaction he reads this board. My buddy still brings that up when I see him.

Always surreal when eras of great qbs end. I first starting loving football with elway, montana, and marino. Young replaced Montana. Then it was brady, Peyton, and brees. Now this group is gone. Mahomes is the man now, so what other 2/3 join him? I think burrow could be one, and I still can't believe how good he's gotten since his junior year at lsu. And of course dak still has time, but he has to win some playoff games

Yeah me and you grew up watching the same guys and it's been awesome. Of course I remember Bradshaw and Staubach and Stabler too before these guys. Mahomes, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, there's some really good ones right now.

Stick Dak in a better system and he could move up to that tier. The Cowboys clown organization is lowering his ceiling. Seems like they had a great line his first few years but little support. Now those have completely flipped.

Eventually to be a top tier QB, you have to overcome of all that. The Cowboys as an organization do suck, but those other great QBs don't have perfect situations either, but they elevate their team anyway.

Dak's capable of willing his team to victory despite the incompetence of his owner, but he has to do it.

I understand that and believe he can but he cannot control all of the stupid penalties that have become the norm, that always kill big plays and put them behind the chains. In almost every loss this year, the penalties played a huge part and he even still almost willed them back to a win.

If they just replace that one guy who had 15 or so holding penalties they most likely win playoff game and 1 or 2 more during regular season.

Dak needs a better Coach and I'm talking also about a QB Coach. Brees had a dam good one in Joe Lombardi. Most of your GOATs had a great offensive minded Coach in their early years/ Montana had Walsh, Brady had Belicheck, Farve had Holmgren, Brees had Payton. Mahomes has Holmgren. And most of these guys had great receivers and Olines.

Aaron Rodgers won 1 SB in 15 years as QB.

Dak has led the NFL in Total Offense in 2019 and 2021. He got hurt in 2020.

He is elite and top 5 in the NFL currently

It?s incomprehensible so many folks want to overlook the obvious evidence. Dak is in fact an elite NFL quarterback.

Eli Manning was an average QB that finished exactly at .500 as a starting NFL QB. He won 2 SB's because his team had an incredible defense and he was saved by 2 of the best catches in SB history. He'll win a playoff game when Jerry Jones dies and gets out of the way. Zeke making 15MM this year cripples the franchise and squashes depth. And he isnt the only albatross financially.
