Has anyone else ever heard of these guys? I found them a few weeks ago and am getting all the answers for any questions I ever had about Meats.

I've watched a good bit of their videos, they really are interesting to watch and helpful. I can remember as a 10 year old wanting to be a butcher because I thought it was neat and I also liked eating meat, especially steak.
