Can I get a weather update for the Tupelo area please?

Have some young family members that are in the Tupelo area and are concerned with the reports of bad weather today.
Can someone give an update and possible timing for the severe event that I could pass along to them?

Times to watch today are from 3-8 pm and then from midnight to about 4 am. They may not develop enough to be severe but the potential is too much to not pay attention.
