CL Sucks Ass

If you ever get a cold call from a CL marketer or run into one at the store trying to purchase subscribers, remind them this is why they are hemorrhaging subscriptions. I am CL free for over 7 years now and I managed to get my parents who have been 20+ year subscribers recently to drop them. How can a paper company manage to continue to alienate half of their buyer base is beyond me...
