I know this has nothing to do with this thread, but I figured I'd ask while we are talking about new players. Where is Chappelle? I thought he was supposed to be a stud WR?

I don't think anyone expected him to be a stud, but I have been surprised by how little he's played. I guess once he began practicing, it became clear he wasn't really better than most of our other options.

Thought about this as well, but you really can't because he was a factor on the team last season. If he was, I would consider putting above Chris Jones in the #1 spot.

Maybe they can come up with a minor injury so that he can get a medical redshirt. Don't you have to play less than 30% of the season to be eligible for a medical?

Hard to get medical redshirt. Have to submit all medical docs to NCAA to prove case . Takes a lot of time and resources.
