Yes just about every drug used to treat adhd is considered ped. You can't just have a scrip from your doctor you have to have a diagnosis and approval from ncaa or from commissioners office of pro sports. Adderall is big with baseball players.

No idea but I will say this is the first time in awhile that I can ever remember an Ole Miss player suspended for the Egg Bowl. Typically if something happens they just cover it up as they usually do anyway. So if this is true then something serious must be up that they can't take a chance on trying to work around and cover up.

This is exactly right. Freeze, Luke, Brewer, and the like would go along with a cover-up. Kiffin may not be particularly bright, but he's smart enough to know that any cover-up will eventually be exposed and hurt his chances at other schools.

If OM had suspended a player for the Egg Bowl prior to this it would have to go back to when Cutcliffe was their coach, and I can't remember if any were or not. Cutcliffe wasn't your typical OM coach and wanted to do what was right, and didn't like the way The Network conducted their recruiting business.
