Changed the entire game. Up until that play, Auburn was doing everything they wanted. After that, they got nothing.

Changes that occurred defensively cannot be understated. Will said it too. Just sayin'.

No Nix spent 43 minutes off the field after that sack.

Matt Wyatt's breakdown also pointed to this specific play as the pivot in the game.

When Nix is harassed in the pocket, he has shown himself to be average at best.

He broke his ankle on that play.

I've been wondering when it happened. And he played the entire second half with a broken ankle.

I noticed the same thing. Once we got to him...it was the tale of two halves. Just that one hit.

But I didn't know he broke his ankle on that play. Kudos to him for battling thru the pain. But in the long run, it cost them everything

Correct. Matt splains it in the beginning before I was interrupted; will watch the rest later.

No doubt how mentally pivoting that sack was.

I thought he broke it on that 40 yard completion in the third quarter. Crumedy I think hit him as he threw. The drive we blocked the field goal.

Yeah I think it was Crumedy who broke Nix.

He broke his ankle on that play.

Crumedy broke his ankle in the third on a third down play where they threw it 45 yards down the field and missed the upcoming field goal.
