Is expressly prohibited per Steve. But he has a tweet out this morning saying somebody in Mississippi is doing it. Who?

Is it just against ncaa rules or unlawful under the state law that was passed, meaning a criminal offense? Bc that's a game changer if the latter. Even if the penalties don't include jail time, you'd lose your law license if you're an attorney.

ETA: it is against state law.

If you don't think we're selling NIL opportunities as well I don't know what to tell you.

Recruits are going to ask us what type of NIL opportunities are available.

If we don't have an answer readily available we are stupid.

So you have to in some way know what opportunities are available prior to a kid stepping on campus because once they get there it's all legal.

current players, but not recruits. Although I guess recruits would be aware of that deal for baseball if they sign.
MS law just prohibits setting up deals before they are on scholarship.
