The million dollar question is how did this team beat Oregon. That has to be the most baffling game of the entire season

I have a pretty good idea but it’s not very pc. So I’ll sit this one out.

Well Moorhead was supposed to be at the game, but instead was under the knife.

Two bad seasons in 10 years looks pretty solid to me. Especially for an academic school. It's not like they've been Vandy.

Shouldn't all schools be academic schools? By definition?

One must attend and pass classes at Stanford, kind of eliminates a lot of football players.

I think they're a little more selective than most for players. Probably not as selective as the student body in general, but still pretty selective. Surprising that they've done as well as they have with their restrictions.

I remember a couple of years ago, back when Shotgun was posting about 500 posts a day, when I made a similar comment, but about MSU. His reply was "What does academics have to do with it?". I could only shake my head ....

Flight hijacked here just throwing a little bit of extra I was living in Metairie when we lost a two-lane in the Superdome. I lived in the same complex in Metairie with one of two lanes coordinators. Out of respect I'll leave out if he was the offense our defensive coordinator. He told me that academics didn't hurt schools like Tulane as much as you here. He told me they had ways to work things out when need be. Take it for what it's worth he had no reason to bulshit me. Super nice guy enjoyed getting to know him for over a year. Didn't even rub it in the next day after they whip their ass
