It's refreshing to have a coach that will play the best players regardless of stars, hype or whether they're an upper classmen . Ford has been really good made some tough catches, blocks hard and is quick as heck.

What an example! I hope a lot of college, high school, and even younger kids are paying attention to this.

Life doesn't always give you what you want or think you deserve. But, instead of whining about it, do like Ford. Go work hard, kick butt, and take it. He was making it almost impossible not to put him on scholarship at some point.
