Calamondin is a citrus that is too sour to eat as a table fruit, but I hear it is great to use when cooking fish.
Has anyone hear used it? If so, pro or con? Recipes?

I haven't but you have me interested. Do they have them at Kroger or is this a specialty fruit that is hard to find? I've honestly never heard of it.

I am growing Calamondins. This will be my first crop. If you are familiar with Cooks Illustrated, Calamondins made the back cover recently.
I'll plan to post an update after they ripen.

Never read Cooks Illustrated but did go check them out on wikipedia! I might have to try and find some. Cool natural medicinal uses as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calamondin
