West Point, Miss. ? Mississippi State women's golf cemented a strong second round to leap six sports up the leaderboard to third place heading into the final round on Wednesday. State carded a score of 7-under par (281) to bring their two-day total to 4-under (572). 7-under in the second round is tied for the 14th lowest round in school history while 4-under is the eighth lowest total after 36 holes in team history.
