A little early in the week but I'm fired up about this weekend already after watching Bama struggle for the second straight road game. I think we're able to move the ball and I think we'll be in it in the second half, however I still think Bama steps up late and will win. 38-28 Tide.

Rogers Pass yds- 375
Rogers TDs- 3
Polk Catches- 7

Also, I got Tennessee over OM in Neyland 45-41.

EDITED TO ADD: IF, and its a big IF, we win they ain't keeping them off the field Saturday night.

I would to see the Bamers have to use paper bags going into half time.

IF we win. I'd love to see Saban get some Urban Meyer heart palpitations.

Beating Bama two in a row would be the best thing for college football.

Amazed at the short term memories here.

State lost to a very bad Memphis team and an equally bad LSU team.

Alabama -A Whole Lot
MSU-Not Very Much

Rogers 20-42 -165 yards 1 TD, 3 Int
MSU rushing 15- (-25)

Hope this works.

I agree except for Rogers. They won't stop the completions. We just won't get many yards. Rogers will have a solid percentage day. It just won't amount to much.

The A&M win was a fluke. They could play that game again 10 times and A&M wouldn't win again.

We'll get the Bama version that Ole Miss got. We'll move the ball, we may even score some. But in the end, I doubt it's close.

It would be similar to Saban's first year when Croom beat him then he turned around and ULM beat him at home. Ouch. Bama was some but hurt fans. There are some on suicide watch over here in Alabama right now after Sat. They gotta be scared out of their minds right now. They don't know how to lose.

If we play error free football we have a shot. Bama has the best players you can recruit, but if you turn over every year there's holes to exploit.

I believe we can win any game we're in until we start shooting ourselves in the foot.

Play sound football and it can happen. Bama is vulnerable this year. TAMU sacked their QB several times last weekend. Our Dline can get to the Bama QB enough to throw him off.

Did you notice how many dropped passes Bama had? I know our receivers will catch those now.

It's going to be tough, but I think we can do it.

We are either going to murdered by a team that just spent a week getting their asses kicked by a 69 year old man; or we will lose in heart breaking fashion - that's pretty much our history with Bama and I don't expect much different.

Our special teams scare me more than anything. Bama could have just taken the ball from the punter on that blocked punt. I know A&M returned the kick right after that but if Saban fixes anything this week I'd say it would be that they don't give up a kickoff return td.
Is Ruiz going to be back this weekend? If not I don't think we should attempt any field goals - maybe not any extra point kicks.

No problem. I probably confused you talking about our silly losses.

I?ll try to downplay it better next attempt.
