No he isn't, the players are. The DL got shower 5 yards back on the 7 yard first down run, Emerson and Green are the ones getting trucked when they could make a tackle, etc. But Arnett will adjust and take away what they're doing good now, of Memphis makes an adjustment past that we might be in trouble because fact is this isn't an elite D. Don't have the DL that can be trusted to make plays

The roster Leach will leave won't be useable for whoever we hire after him. And you can rest assured it'll take us at least 2 extra years to fire Leach.
