- QB #1 spot open. Nothing against Roger other than he needs to be pushed to put in the extra work (or continue to do so) along with having to find the urgency to push the ball down the field
- new o line coach (move Miller to off field staff- he just can't get through to these guys)
- hit transfer portal, hard for o line (need someone who knows how to block someone, depth at the very least).

I never said Robertson would take the job. Just don't name Rogers so he doesn't get complacent and has the urgency he obviously needs to start pushing the ball down field.
