I suspect some of these high profile recruits that go out of state weren't as pursued by State/OM as us fans assume. Us instate schools have connections and we hear what kind of character and situation a kid has. Out of state schools have to go on talent alone. Maybe we see them for what they are and don't push as hard as we do for guys like Pickering or Crumedy that we know have their head on straight. Just a theory, becasue it seems like a lot of these 4*s that go out of state are drama
