Wish it wasn’t the astros…but I’ll be pulling for him when he’s in the games. Hope he’s found his niche and can get a nice pay day when the time comes.

Always interesting. Traded while playing against the other team..

One of the guys traded was actually taking BP when he found out. He went and got his stuff and changed his jersey and was back taking BP within 30 minutes. Kind of weird just the way that happens.

Fun Trivia note. Abraham Toro was traded to Seattle in the deal. He became the only player in MLB history to hit a HR for one team one day, and then hit a homerun the very next day against the team that traded him. He has a 4 game HR streak by the way. And his solo HR a couple years back gave Verlander a 1-0 no hitter win in Toronto. He will do well with more PT.

State got a little plug the other night when they talked about the trade.
