Here's a that's baseball point for ya. After 5 innings we were down 7-2. We had hit 5 hard hit balls they had hit one. They aren't swinging it well. It didn't change much after that. Their last run came from a duck fart to center

If we could have just ONE really good offensive game and not have to use Sims and still win THEN our odds of winning on Wednesday would shoot up. We could probably use Bednar for 3 or 4 and Sims for the rest if not close to it. Might have to bring Cade Smith back in for an inning or two.

Vandy has been swinging like a rusty gate for a while. That's why 4 walks in the 1st is killer. Even a rusty gate can swing fine every now and then in a gust of wind, and we paid for it.
