Notes on what exactly? Good coaching ability? Lemonis is a good coach who has a gameplan, executes said gameplan and adjusts when the gameplan doesn't fit the sitution. Neither Howland nor McCray-Penson is capable of any of that, you either have it or you don't and they don't have it.

I'm guessing he meant players' attitudes. Team play over individualism.

Now that I will give due credit for, they do play as a team. If that was the intent I concur, however a good coach can help that too.
