It wasn’t a forfeit. It was declared a no contest, which means they figured out a way to have enough of NC State’s guys out for COVID protocol/contact tracing that they could not even field a team. Absolute horse shit. Vandy is the new LSU with everything going their way.

Which makes it even more important that we should have won this game tonight so we would have Bednar on Monday.

It’s safe to assume they were all vaccinated so they didn’t have to be tested to play today. 4 of the players available today were pitchers, of which they only used 2. They still have high fill for tomorrow and at least one other pitcher. Why could they not play?
