Hmm need to do an inventory actually.
But I would think about half.
In my area there are very active bourbon clubs and we do shares so I rotate up what I bring. Plus I know several got cracked for my birthday party on Saturday night.

Pretty damn good. but impossible to find. I'll admit I paid a hefty amount for a bottle with 1/3 amount left as a throw in also for another bottle because I had never had it.
It's better to just forget about, unless you see it out somewhere to have a pour.
