I know it's a joke but UVA had a guy yesterday with similar issues as Cerantola. He was 0-5 with a 7.53 ERA. Power Pitcher too and he threw 7 shut out innings.

I think not having summer baseball hurt him. If he came back it would be a calculated gamble that has little downside to me since he still has leverage.
