Syncing the game on radio

I am technologically ignorant so if someone could help me out I?d appreciate it.

What is the best way to sync the radio broadcast to the tv? I listen to the radio station broadcast online and refresh both enough to where it will randomly sync up but after a commercial break it?ll be off again. The Monday game never was close enough for me to match up so I had to listen to the morons on tv.

Turn the game on tv and radio and pause the tv until the radio announcers are synced to the tv. That's how I did it, there may be another way.

How do you pause the tv? I'm ignorant

Hit the pause button on the remote control, you have a fast forward, replay, and pause button, mine is below the volume and channel buttons on the remote
