Ump had a 19 inch plate so it really helped Mac. Mac was sharp with all 3 pitches. Defense was solid but didn't have to make any plays really. Then we had 1 good inning at the plate.

yep, that's how it works. James is not that bad at 3rd though. You are going to make some errors over there.

The weird thing with James is, from my memory, I don't think he's fielded the ball that badly at all, its his throwing under pressure that gets him most of the time. A lot of times he'll make an outstanding move on the ball then throw it away. That's just inexperience I believe. The more times he successfully makes the throw, the more confident he will be over there. Just getting him the experience without losing us a game is going to be tough.
