I agree 100%. But it?s just not taught enough at the lower levels for many of the guys to execute it. I hate the poor bunting in today?s game. It?s part of the reason the analytics keeps going heavier against bunting. Done correctly in college and lower levels it can be very effective. You don?t see even good sac bunts anymore (I mean why show a sac while pitcher is getting his sign?!?), forget drag bunting, push bunt, slash
