They were up 12-2 going to the bottom of 7. He was at 94 pitches and they ran him back out to throw 18 more pitches and get pulled in the middle of the inning after a bomb.

Certainly doesn't appear to care much about the long term health of his pitchers.

That’s cause their bullpen is horrid. It will come back to bite them in the ass tho when they both have soreness come Regional play and can’t get through 4 innings.

They will get beat in their own regional because they will run out of arms. And balls.

It's partially horrid because the closer is worn out from overuse and no one has any defined roles because they're either benched after a bad outing or they're watching their starters and closers blow their arms out.

Hey Todd, why do you reckon it has no effect on their recruiting. Bianco seems to haul very highly rated pitchers every year. This years top-3 to start the season were all players anybody would love to have: Hoglund, Nikhazy, and Diamond. The #3, Diamond has struggled but he was big recruit that flipped from Stanford (or someone out west)

Because they are in the SEC. However I have no doubt that they have lost recruits because of how they handle their pitchers. And they're not helping themselves either going forward.

Keep in mind, this is a school that got caught cheating in women’s basketball and track. I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t offering more scholarship money than everyone else outside of Vanderbilt. It is burning their asses up that we (as well as Arkansas and vanderbilt) are ahead of them in baseball. Don’t put anything past them.
