Thanks Cohen.

JC not the reason for this although I’m sure he could have helped

Going back to his alma mater? Hard to blame JC for this one

Completely false ..
And if so I guess the LSU staff and coaches think “internet hype” is worth bringing him in

Him going back to LSU isn’t the issue. It’s how he went back.. completely lack of effort on our part to keep him, unprofessional and embarrassing..
These recruiting guys all over talk about how schools use them , pay them, ect.. there’s a reason why we can’t get these guys here or keep them.. we absolutely suck at it and over no reason for them to come here..
until that changes we will see the same results year in year out some December And February

First, you say above that's its NOT JC's fault and then you say 'lack of effort on our part!'

Well, explain and 'who and what' was 'lack of effort!'

Name the changes we need to make to be up there recruiting with Bama and LSU every year besides an annual ~$90M donation to equal the budgets!

I agree Ari just contradicted himself. "how recruiting staff are treated and paid" is 90% on the AD, 10% HC.

But it would not take 90M to fix this. 2m a year would allow us to double our recruiting staff AND pay them 100k more each

Did Leach go and ask for more money from JC? If not that?s on Leach not JC.

1. We dont pay very well at all
2. We dont hire enough people to do the work required especially when you compare to other programs
3. It's been hinted that some members of the football staff view themselves as being "above" the recruiting guys instead of being co-workers

That's a death blow combination there

Was told the same. Also told that he actively pursued this position with LSU. And there were other reasons why we didn't try and keep him

With Cohen, you can expect us to try to do more with less which sounds better than do it on the cheap.
