Yep. OM batters look really comfortable at the plate to me too. I like their approach. Don't seem to swing at too many crap pitches and work the count pretty well.

Vermillion off- speed pitch fooled a couple that last inning though

And pitch 100 spoils the no hitter. Not like he was going the distance anyway.

The Pigs probably should've kept Vermillion in the pen until later. Not sure they're gonna hit their way outta this one, at least right now it doesn't.......

Threw 109. Several outings in a row now for him over 100. That's going to catch up to them eventually.

OM starting rotation is as good as anybody. But that pen is shaky

Quit being a bitch. Every SEC weekend is gonna be tough. We may lose, but OM doesn't scare me at all.

I disagree with this premise.

I disagree with this premise.

Well you also think Hatcher hitting .114 is acceptable bc the "ball jumps off his bat", so idc

Take your meds asshole. I didn't say bow down to them but only a fool doesn't respect their opponent.

14-2 State over the last 16 games against them.

Everyone gets scared of Ole Miss then they start to play good SEC teams and then everyone start to remember they are Ole Miss. They swept Auburn and Alabama padding their SEC record. They lost two Florida and could lose two to Arkansas. We have better over all pitching and our hitting is starting to light up.

I agree our pitching is better and we do seem to be getting a little better at the plate. However, you do realize that our 7 SEC wins (thus far) are against some of the worst teams in the league. LSU has one SEC win prior to the weekend and that was against us. Auburn has one SEC win and I think we all know UK is not great. LSU exposing them right now.

And Ole Miss' wins in the league suck too

What make Ole Miss special? They won series against Auburn and Alabama.

The thing that has held olemiss back has been that they get what they are, soft rich kids. They are talented but when things get tough, they turtle up.

This year, their only weakness is bullpen depth.

If their nuts finally decide to drop this year, they could win it all. They are talented. Those that don’t know what they are looking at will continue to underestimate them.

Of course, if their nuts don’t drop, they will probably pucker up when it really matters.

I am fully confident we whip that tail next weekend - because they don't have any nuts
