Keondre is a talented freshman, good scorer, his best basketball is still ahead of him. Also, remember a while back, Coach Howland mentioning having him working on adjusting his shooting technique.

Hopefully our boosters help him pull it off. Next year could be special if we add a piece or 2 and keep the core together.

Yep, I?ve been as hard on Howland as anyone but if he can pull off what seems like is in the works, then holy shit we have no excuse not to get in the NCAAT and he capable of a run. This all happens and I?ll be excited as hell for basketball. IF this happens, then people need to get fully behind the men?s program for a change and pack the Hump next year and try and do something special. Women?s program is tanked so hopefully that sends more fans to the men?s game too.

Brooks should have been ours from the get go. That whole issue still makes me ill after we had a signed LOI. And we were really close on Jeffries before Memphis pulled him away late. Would be quite the coup to get both back even if just for a year.
