Holy hell, Will Bednar. Comes in and strikes the side out. Last pitch is a low and away fastball at 95 mph. And his fastball has movement. How can college players hit that?

Bednar is looking absolutely filthy. That?s elite stuff he?s throwing... if we can get him to go 4-5 innings I don?t see how he doesn?t end up starting

Well, Rowdey's baserunning blunder cost us at least one run that inning. Maybe more. This offense is too weak to give away outs.

Not really sure what to think about this team. I am almost as unimpressed with the offense as I am impressed with the pitching.

Yeah we're pretty bad offensively right now.

We have the best pitching staff in the country though.

Pitching and strong defense will win a lot of baseball games. And we've got enough hitters that can plate above-average runs in the SEC. Let them get hot (ie, let ALL of these line drives stop being hit directly at opposing team fielders) and we'll score plenty.

Agree 100%. Luckily the only SJW-bullsh!t I saw Wednesday night was as we walked into the stadium was on the video board, and then disappeared as the game progressed.

People (Cohen, Keenum, et al) need to leave this crap out of sports entertainment at MSU, which I know is saying a lot for Cohen and his wife.
